RESOLUTION NO. 2000-575
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS AND FORM OF
CONTRACT ETC. FOR THE DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL
CONTRACT FOR THE 2000-01 WINTER SEASON, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AS OCTOBER 23, 2000, AT 5:30 P.M.
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 23rd day of October, 2000, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed specifications
and form of contract, etc. for the Downtown Snow Removal Contract
for the 2000-01 Winter Season, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 2000 .
