RESOLUTION NO. 2000-576
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR MEMORIAL HALL A.D.A
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the Memorial Hall A.D.A. Improvements, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 2000.
