RESOLUTION NO. 2000-580
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF MIKE DOLAN
CONCRETE AND MASONRY, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE F.Y. 2000 SOUTH HILLS PRO SHOP
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Mike Dolan Concrete and Masonry, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2000 South Hills Pro Shop Addition, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 16t day
of October, 2000, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 2000.
