RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1027
RESOLUTION DEDICATING WESTERLY 8 FEET OF A
PARCEL WESTERLY AND ADJACENT TO LOT 12 AND
LOT 13 IN THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT
NO. 3 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA, FOR UTILITY EASEMENT PURPOSES
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2006-219 IN ITS
ENTIRETY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
The Westerly 8 . 00 feet of the below described parcel :
A part of the Northwest 1/ of Section 20-89-12 ,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 13 , Northeast
Industrial Park Plat No. 3 , Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa; thence North 30039110" East along the
Westerly line of said Lot 13 a distance of 5 . 00 feet to
the point of beginning; thence North 30039110" East
along the Westerly line of said Lot 13 a distance of
146 . 49 feet; thence North 16047109" West along the
Westerly line of Lots 13 and 12 of said Northeast
Industrial Park Plat No. 3 a distance of 507 . 88 feet;
thence South 06042 , 21" East a distance of 616 . 47 feet
to the point of beginning.
The North line of the Northwest 14 of said Section 20 is
assumed to bar North 89044101" West, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for utility easement purposes .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2006-219, be and
the same, hereby rescinded in its entirety.
