RESOLUTION NO. 2000-585
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL
CONTRACT 2000-2001 WINTER SEASON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Street Superintendent of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Downtown Snow Removal Contract 2000-2001 Winter Season, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Street Superintendent did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Downtown Snow
Removal Contract 2000-2001 Winter Season, which were preliminarily
approved on October 9, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
23, 2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Downtown Snow Removal Contract 2000-2001
Winter Season, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of October, 2000.
