RESOLUTION NO. 2000-586
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT 2000-2001
WINTER SEASON.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2000-585, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Downtown Snow Removal Contract 2000-2001
Winter Season, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is
so ordered on motion by this Council that said snow removal
contract proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of October, 2000.
