RESOLUTION NO. 2000-595
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MEMORIAL
HALL A.D.A IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Memorial Hall A.D.A Improvements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Building Official did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Memorial
Hall A.D.A Improvements, which were preliminarily approved on
October 9, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
6, 2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Memorial Hall A.D.A Improvements,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 2000 .
