RESOLUTION NO. 2000-604
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH HDR ENGINEERING, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated November 6, 2000 for
reallocation of original contract fee with less spending for public
involvement and more on the implementation process in conjunction
with Traffic Signalization, STP-A-8155 (36) -86-07, by and between
HDR Engineering, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 2000 .
