RESOLUTION NO. 2000-605
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECTION 404 PERMIT WITH
U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID PERMIT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Section 404 Permit dated November 6, 2000, for
construction of 2 . 5 mile asphalt surfaced bike trail between
Waterloo and Cedar Falls in conjunction with the Sergeant
Road/Cedar Prairie Trail Connection Project, by and between U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 2000 .
