RESOLUTION NO. 2000-606
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FAIRVIEW
CEMETERY BOARD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 6, 2000 for financial assistance
as needed by and between Fairview Cemetery Board, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 2000 .
