RESOLUTION NO. 2000-623
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF CEDAR VALLEY
CORP. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE DOWNTOWN SNOW
REMOVAL CONTRACT FOR THE 2000-01 WINTER
SEASON, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corp. of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
Downtown Snow Removal Contract for the 2000-01 Winter Season, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the Cityy of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 20t day
of November, 2000, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United fire and
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 2000 .
