RESOLUTION NO. 2000-639
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2001
ANAEROBIC DIGESTERS LEAD ABATEMENT FOR WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES, CONTRACT NO.
629.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Water Pollution/Flood
Control of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2001 Anaerobic Digesters Lead
Abatement for Water Pollution Control Facilities, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 629, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Water Pollution/Flood Control
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the F.Y. 2001 Anaerobic Digesters Lead Abatement for
Water Pollution Control Facilities, known as Contract No. 629,
which were preliminarily approved on November 6, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
4, 2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2001 Anaerobic Digesters Lead
Abatement for Water Pollution Control Facilities, known as Contract
No. 629, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2000.
