RESOLUTION NO. 2000-641
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT OF NAGLE SIGNS ON BEHALF OF SUBWAY
TO INSTALL A 3' X 12' POLE SIGN AT THE SUBWAY
SHOP GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3620 KIMBALL AVENUE.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor site plan amendment to install a 3'
x 12' pole sign at the Subway Shop, generally located at 3620
Kimball Avenue.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 4, 2000, at
5: 30 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned minor site plan
amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment to install a
3' x 12' pole sign at the Subway Shop, generally located at 3620
Kimball Avenue, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2000, and
approved by the Mayor this 6th day of December, 2000.
