RESOLUTION NO. 2000-643
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOWARD R.
GREEN CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Scope of Services and Purchase Order Contract dated
December 4, 2000 with costs not to exceed $5, 000. 00 to prepare an
application for EPA Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Funds in the
amount of $1, 000, 000. 00, by and between Howard R. Green Consulting
Engineers of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2000.
