RESOLUTION NO. 2000-644
RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT APPLICATION WITH
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BUREAU OF JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
GRANT APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant application dated December 4, 2000 for 2001
Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program for funds to be used to
purchase replacement vests, by and between the Department of
Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2000.
