RESOLUTION NO. 2000-645
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY ASPRO, INC. , & SUBSIDIARIES OF WATERLOO,
IOWA FOR F.Y. 1999 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 594 AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK.
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. , & Subsidiaries of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1999 Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 594, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2000 .
