RESOLUTION NO. 2000-648
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF HUFF CONTRACTING,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE MEMORIAL HALL
A.D.A. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Huff Contracting, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the Memorial Hall A.D.A. Improvement Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 4th day of December, 2000,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of
said contract signed by the United Fire and Casualty Company of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2000 .
