RESOLUTION NO. 2000-649
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOGAN-
HANSEN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 4, 2000 for consulting services
at cost of $80. 00 per hour to establish an indirect cost allocation
plan so that activities within the city are charged with their
proper share of indirect costs, by and between Hogan-Hansen of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2000.
