RESOLUTION NO. 2000-653
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2001
RATH VERTICAL KILL BUILDING DEMOLITION
CONTRACT NO. 628 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Planner of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. 2001 Rath Vertical Kill Building Demolition, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 628, and
WHEREAS, said City Planner did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2001 Rath
Vertical Kill Building Demolition, known as Contract No. 628, which
were preliminarily approved on November 20, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
11, 2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, foLm of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2001 Rath Vertical Kill
Building Demolition, known as Contract No. 628, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 2000.
