RESOLUTION NO. 2000-671
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OVERAGE
FUNDING CERTIFICATION WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT
OF COMMERCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CERTIFICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Overage Funding Certification dated December
18, 2000 in conjunction with F.Y. 2001 Rath Vertical Kill Building
Demolition, Contract No. 628, by and between the U.S. Department of
Commerce Economic Development Administration, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 2000.
