RESOLUTION NO. 2000-674
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PAVING, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER SERVING
PINE MEADOWS ADDITION, AS SUBMITTED BY WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. , OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT
WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for paving, sanitary
sewer and storm sewer serving the Pine Meadows Addition, as
submitted by Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement dated December 18,
2000, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved and
Mayor authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 2000.
