RESOLUTION NO. 2000-675
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF CERTAIN
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS ACQUIRED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ANSBOROUGH AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE CITY OF,
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on October 6, 1986, the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approved certain temporary easements that were
needed to carry out the Ansborough Avenue Reconstruction Project,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has completed the Ansborough
Avenue Reconstruction Project and certain temporary construction
easements are no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the release of certain temporary
construction easements hereinafter described:
Lot numbers 3 , 4, 5, 6, and 7, except the Westerly 34
feet in even width of said lots; all in Block No. 25 in
"Hagerman Place" , all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same are hereby released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 2000 .
