• RESOLUTION NO. 1999-4
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING ESTIMATE
OF COST, IN CONJUNCTION WITH BYRNES PARK
OFFICE RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
.Services Director to prepare and file preliminary estimate of
cost, for the Byrnes Park Office Renovation in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the bid document, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
preliminary estimate of costs, and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said preliminary estimate of cost, be, and
the same is hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1999.
