RESOLUTION NO. 1999-6
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENT, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
PURCHASE OF MODULAR AMBULANCE BODY FOR
WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
Chief, to prepare and file bid document, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for purchase of
Modular Ambulance Body for Waterloo Fire Rescue in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said bid document,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid document, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1999 .
