RESOLUTION NO. 1999-7
- RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED BID DOCUMENT,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COST FOR PURCHASE OF MODULAR AMBULANCE
BODY FOR WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS
FEBRUARY 1, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 1st day of February, 1999, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed bid document,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for purchase
of Modular Ambulance Body for the Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the
City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1999.
