RESOLUTION NO. 1999-14
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR SOUTH HILLS GOLF COURSE
IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director, to prepare and file specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the South Hills Golf Course Irrigation System, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 1999.
