RESOLUTION NO. 1999-16
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST,
ETC. , FOR THE BYRNES PARK OFFICE RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the
Byrnes Park Office Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the Byrnes
Park Office Renovation, which were preliminarily approved on
January 4, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
19, 1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid document, proposed form of
contract, etc. , for the Byrnes Park Office Renovation, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1999.
