RESOLUTION NO. 1999-17
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
BYRNES PARK OFFICE RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-16, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , for the Byrnes Park Office Renovation, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said plans and bid document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19t'' day of J nuary, 1999.
