RESOLUTION NO. 1999-19
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
' COST, ETC. , FOR THE F.Y. 1999 N. HACKETT ROAD
FORCE MAIN RECONSTRUCTION, CONTRACT NO. 595.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1999
N. Hackett Road Force Main Reconstruction, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 595, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of costs, etc. , for the
F. Y. 1999 N. Hackett Road Force Main Reconstruction, known as
Contract No. 595, which were preliminarily approved on December
21, 1998, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
19, 1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1999 N. Hackett Road
Force Main Reconstruction, known as Contract No. 595, in the City
. of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1999.
