RESOLUTION NO. 1999-21
RESOLUTION FIXING NEW DATE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON THE REESTABLISHMENT OF THE SELF
SUPPORTED MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AS
FEBRUARY 8, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 :00 p.m. on the 8th day of February, 1999, for
the purpose of considering the reestablishment of the Self
Supported Municipal Improvement District, legally described as
follows :
Beginning at the intersection of Franklin Street and
East Third Street, along Franklin Street to the
intersection of the Chicago and Great Western Railroad,
along the railroad across the river to Jefferson Street
to West Fifth Street, along Jefferson Street to West
Fifth Street to Bluff Street, along Bluff Street to
West Third Street, along West Third Street, to the
point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
