RESOLUTION NO. 1999-24
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
BLACK HAWK COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated January 19, 1999, to lease office
space at Fire Rescue Hazardous Materials Training Center, 1925
Newell Street, by and between Black Hawk County Emergency
Management Agency of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1999.
