RESOLUTION NO. 1999-25
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
MCGLADREY & PULLEN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 19, 1999, for consulting services
in conjunction with the City' s Year 2000 Readiness Process, by and
between McGladrey & Pullen of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1999.
