RESOLUTION NO. 1999-26
RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE RAILROAD
• AGREEMENTS WITH CHICAGO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC
RAILROAD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 19, 1999, with estimated costs of
$252, 151 . 91, with City' s match of $55, 000 . 00, in conjunction with
the reconstruction of Osage Road, Agreement No. 307-112-B, East
11" Street, Agreement No. 307-148-J, and Vaughn Street, Agreement
No, 307-914-B Grade Crossings, by and between Chicago Central and
Pacific Railroad, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1999 .
