RESOLUTION NO. 1999-28
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH LENNOX
INDUSTRIES FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TRAINING
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 19, 1999, for Hazardous Materials
Training, in the amount of $21, 000. 00, by and between Lennox
Industries of Marshalltown, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1999.
