RESOLUTION NO. 1999-32
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH KIRKHAM,
MICHAEL AND ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 25, 1999, for engineering and
construction review services in conjunction with F.Y. 1999 Block
Grant Curb and Gutter Paving Program, Contract No. 583, by and
between Kirkham, Michael and Associates of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25° day of January, 1999..
