RESOLUTION NO. 1999-33
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 25, 1999,
in conjunction with the F. Y. 1999 Biennial Bridge Inspections, by
and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1999.
