RESOLUTION NO. 1999-34
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 25, 1999, for design engineering
and construction engineering services in conjunction with F. Y.
1999 218/Trolley Car Trail, STP-8155 (42) -81-07, by and between
Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25" day of January, 1999.
