RESOLUTION NO. 1999-35
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
CITY OF HUDSON, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated January 25, 1999, for the use of
Aerial Ladder Truck, in the amount of $1 . 00 per year, by and
between the City of Hudson, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1999.
