RESOLUTION NO. 1999-39
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST,
ETC. , FOR THE PURCHASE OF MODULAR AMBULANCE
BODY FOR WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the purchase of
Modular Ambulance Body for Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary bid
document, form of contract, etc. , for the purchase of Modular
Ambulance Body for Waterloo Fire Rescue, which were preliminarily
approved on January 4, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
1, 1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid document, proposed form of
contract, etc. , for the purchase of Modular Ambulance Body for
Waterloo Fire Resuce, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1999.
