RESOLUTION NO. 1999-40
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
Modular Ambulance Body for Waterloo Fire
Rescue.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-39, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , for the purchase of Modular Ambulance Body for
Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said bid document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1999.
