RESOLUTION NO. 1999-41
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , FOR THE SOUTH HILLS GOLF COURSE
IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the South Hills Golf Course Irrigation System, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
costs, etc. , for the South Hills Golf Course Irrigation System,
which were preliminarily approved on January 11, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
1, 1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the South Hills Golf Course
Irrigation System, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1999.
