RESOLUTION NO. 1999-45
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECTION 404 PERMIT WITH
U. S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID PERMIT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Section 404 Permit dated February 1, 1999, to place
additional fill material in adjacent wetlands to Blowers Creek in
conjunction with construction of Martin Luther King Drive Project,
Contract No. 556, between Idaho Street and N. Elk Run Road and the
Bishop Avenue Extension, by and between U. S. Army Corps of
Engineers, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1999.
