RESOLUTION NO. 1999-46
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF DENVER
CONSTRUCTION, INC. , OF DENVER, IOWA, FOR THE
F. Y. 1999 N. HACKETT ROAD FORCE MAIN
RECONSTRUCTION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 595 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Denver Construction, Inc. , of Denver, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1999 N. Hackett Road Force Main Reconstruction, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, being Contract No. 595, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of. the 1st day of February, 1999, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) , of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of January, 1999.
