RESOLUTION NO. 1999-54
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "C-2, C-Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAN MARNAN
DRIVE AND KIMBALL AVENUE AS MARCH 1, 1999,
AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the lst day of March, 1999, for
the purpose of considering a site plan amendment to the "C-2, C-Z"
Conditional Zoning District for property generally located at the
southwest corner of San Marnan Drive and Kimball Avenue for
development of a Burger King, legally described as follows :
Lot Four (4) and Lot Five (5) of Tower Park Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1999.
