RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY FOR STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES AND APPROVING STREET
NAME AS DUBLIN DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property, be and the same is hereby
dedicated for right-of-way purposes :
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW11) of Section
Twenty-three (23) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) ,
Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
Commencing at a point of the North line of said
Northwest Quarter (NWII) which is Two Thousand One
Hundred Thirty-three and Forty-four Hundredths
(2133. 44) feet East of the Northwest corner of said
Northwest Quarter (NWT) ; thence S 0°00' 00 E forty
(40. 0) feet to the South line of Orange Road and point
of beginning; thence continuing S 0°00' 00 E Three
Hundred Forty-nine and One Tenth (349. 10) feet; thence
N 90°00' 00" E Sixty (60. 00) feet; thence N 0°00' 00" E
Three Hundred Forty-nine and One Tenth (349. 10) feet to
said South line of Orange Road; thence N 90°00' 00" W
sixty (60 . 00) feet to the point of beginning, all in
