RESOLUTION NO. 1999-60
RESOLUTION DEDICATING EASEMENT FOR WATER MAIN
AND DRAINAGE UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described easement, be and the same is hereby
dedicated for water main and drainage utility purposes:
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW'I) of Section
Twenty-three (23) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) ,
Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the North line of said
Northwest Quarter (NW11) which is Two Thousand One
Hundred Thirty-three and Forty-four Hundredths
(2133. 44) feet East of the Northwest corner of said
Northwest Quarter (NWT) ; thence S 0°00' 00" E Three
Hundred Eighty-nine and One Tenth (389. 10) feet to the
point of beginning; thence continuing S 0°00' 00" E Two
Hundred Eighty-five and Nine Tenths (285 . 9) feet;
thence N 90°00' 00" E Thirty (30 . 0) feet; thence N
0°00' 00" E Two Hundred Eighty-five and Nine Tenths
