RESOLUTION NO. 1999-66
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
EMERGENCY VEHICLE SALES AND SERVICE, OF
ALEXANDER, IOWA FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MODULAR
AMBULANCE BODY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $67, 360. 00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Emergency Vehicle Sales and Service, of
Alexander, Iowa, in the amount of $67, 360 . 00, for the purchase of
a Modular Ambulance Body, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for : said work.

improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
