RESOLUTION NO. 1999-67
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM JOHN W.
MILLER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from John
W. Miller to burn approximately two and one-half acre_s of prairie
grass located off Kimball Avenue behind 145 Blaine Road during
March/April 1999, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1999.
