RESOLUTION NO. 1999-71
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 15, 1999, for a Local Housing
Assistance Program (LHAP) Grant in the amount of $400, 000, by and
between Iowa Department of Economic Development, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1999.
