RESOLUTION NO. 1999-72
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, INC.
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID SUBORDINATION
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Subordination Agreement for JNI, Inc. in the event of
foreclosure on the property, by and between Black Hawk Economic
Development, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1999.
